Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Typically orders placed before 12pm PST ship same day with the exception of high-volume periods.
VSSL offers free standard ground domestic shipping on all merchandise orders that are $99 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a $10 shipping charge.
International Shipping Guidelines
For international orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties, VAT etc. which are not included in the shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and VSSL will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have a vsslgear.com account. Log in to My Account and select Order History & Tracking to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery schedule above, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@vsslgear.com.
Risk-Free Return Policy
We offer a 30 day risk-free return policy on unused packaged purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the Return Request Form to receive a pre-paid return shipping label for all domestic orders across the US and Canada.
For international returns, please complete the Return Request Form and VSSL will provide a return shipping label and refund the original purchase price less the shipping costs.
If returning, please note we cannot refund items that were not packaged well enough to survive the trip back to us. Products must be shipped in original product packing, with packing slip included and an appropriate shipping box. Products returned solely in product packaging or in improper shipping boxes may not be accepted.
