Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. If the return is a result of our error, Survival Light Products Inc. will also refund shipping charges and will compensate you for the return shipping of the item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Be sure to have the information from your packing slip and the name of the original purchaser of the order ready to provide to the customer service representative over the phone or via email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
